St. Francis, Lost Creek and Clayfield Cemeteries
The St. Francis Cemetery Committee requests your cooperation about grave decorations.
While it is pleasing to see the many floral decorations for Memorial Day, we ask you to comply with the following guidelines:
· No planting of flowers, trees or shrubs at anytime.
· All flowers, etc. should be potted so you can remove them.
· Placements may be one to two weeks before Memorial Day.
· All plants and other items that are not in permanent stands,
should be at least two feet above ground level and are to be removed two weeks after Memorial Day
or the maintenance people will discard them.
· Regular monuments, headstones and footstones are the approved and accepted means of identity. Additional statues, etc.
not permitted on graves.
Your cooperation in keeping within these guidelines will help us maintain our four cemeteries. Thanks for your help. Submitted by the St. Francis Cemetery Committee.
